Herbert offers students all the pluses of being in a small community within a large Southeastern Conference university. More than thirty student organizations offer ways to get engaged.

First-year students connect with classmates in the Herbert Life Living & Learning Community, while new housing complexes offer students options on and off campus.

Herbert’s eleven majors and numerous minors and concentrations allow students to pursue careers they are passionate about.

Affordability

In addition to institutional scholarships available to UT students, Herbert students are eligible for awards made by the college—ones that totaled more than $1 million in 2022.
