University of Tennessee Taps NIFA Director to Lead Institute of Agriculture

University of Tennessee System President Randy Boyd and University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Chancellor Donde Plowman announced plans to recommend Carrie Castille as UTIA's new senior vice chancellor.
